Return Policy

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. A restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Contact info@reviv.life to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are NEVER eligible for return under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if there are any issues.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 10 business days of delivery by emailing info@reviv.life. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review with the manufacturer and offer an exchange or refund to your original payment method.
